TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY
To participate in the $1 Path to Property Giveaway, individuals over the age of 18 who are looking to buy a property in the Sutherland Shire or Sydney’s southern suburbs must submit their entries between 1st October and 27th October 2024, by sharing their personal story about how this prize could help them. The prize includes buyer’s agent services from My Property Pro, building and pest inspections from Homesafe Inspections, and conveyancing services from Birdie Conveyancing. Eligible participants are limited to one submission per individual or family household and all required fields in the form must be completed. Participation is voluntary, and all personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition, in accordance with the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Who is eligible to enter?
Any individual over the age of 18 who is actively looking to purchase a home in the Sutherland Shire or Sydney’s southern suburbs.
How will the winner be chosen?
This competition is a game of skill, no luck or chance is involved. From the entries, a short list of finalist candidates will be selected based on the short form response which outlines the reasons why the entrant feels they should be chosen to win professional purchasing support. Short-list candidates will be selected and interviews will be conducted with each short-list candidate and a final winner will be selected based on the outcome of the interviews.
What happens if I don’t win?
Due to the number of entries, we will not be able to contact each unsuccessful entrant individually. The winner will be posted on our social media pages and our website. Whilst there can be only one winner, we would still be happy to assist and are happy to share further details of our services to you if interested.
How will I know if I’m short-listed?
You will receive an email or a call to inform you you have been selected as a finalist. We will make no more than three attempts to contact short-listed candidates. If we do not hear back by a specified time in the email, the entrant will forfeit their position as a finalist. Shortlist candidates will be at the discretion of the organisers.
What happens if I am short-listed as a finalist?
All shortlisted finalists will be required to participate in a brief (15-20 mins) phone or virtual interview. One winner will be selected based on these interviews.
