Direct Connect

Please ensure that you have arranged all of your utilities to be connected in your name prior to moving in.

Direct Connect offers a free service to connect all utilities simply by signing and ticking a box on your tenancy application form.

They can organise and/or connect the following services:

  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Phone
  • Internet
  • Pay TV
  • Insurance
  • Removalists
  • Truck Hire
  • Cleaning

MyPropertyPro will arrange to have any or all of the above utilities connected for you if you selected the Direct Connect option on the application form when you applied for the property. If you didn’t and would still like to utilise this service, please advise your property manager who will provide you with the appropriate form. This can be actioned for you if the form is emailed to our office by 5:00pm of the day prior to moving into the property.

Using this service certainly takes the pressure off you by enabling us do this for you, especially at a time when you have enough to do already. It also gives you the option to choose your own supplier!
